The Following unrebutted stipulations stand as truth under the Commercial law of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) because they were not rebutted point for point under the penalty of perjury by Defendants, Hendershot, Rogers, and Frie. (See Case No. 2:12-cv-00320-DBH)

1 • There is no law that requires most Americans to file an individual tax return.

2 • The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) wasn’t created by an act of Congress.

3 • The Public Salary Tax Act (26 USC 1) was passed in 1930 to impose a tax upon the income of federal employees, U.S. citizens [of the District of Columbia] and non-resident aliens.

4 • The Public Salary TaxAct of 1939 did Not apply to Citizens of the forty-eight (48) now fifty (50) States.
